Orders and delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier information, tracking number, and tracking link. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at bubbi.css@gmail.com.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to Canada and the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Canada: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch.
- United States: approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, weather, customs, or peak-season delays.
What payment methods do you accept?

Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging. Email bubbi.css@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return, and wait for authorization before shipping it.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item under our return policy and place a new order for the color or style you prefer.
Product information
What materials are used?
Bübbi carriers use woven textiles selected for comfort, support, and everyday durability. Fibre composition varies by model. Refer to the sewn-in product label for the exact composition and care instructions.
How should I clean my carrier?
Always follow the sewn-in care label. Unless the label states otherwise, fasten all buckles, hand wash in cold water with a mild liquid detergent, do not use bleach or fabric softener, and lay flat or hang to dry away from direct heat.
What weight range is the structured carrier designed for?
The structured carrier is designed for babies weighing 7–44 lb (3.2–20 kg), subject to the fit and developmental requirements in the product instructions. Always follow the sewn-in label and instructions, keep the baby’s face visible and airway clear, and use only the carrying positions permitted by the instructions.
Does the carrier provide back support?
The structured waist and lumbar panel and adjustable padded shoulder straps are designed to help distribute weight. Correct adjustment is important, and comfort can vary from person to person.
Can different caregivers use the carrier?
Yes. The adjustable straps allow the fit to be adapted to different caregivers. Check and readjust every strap before each use.
