Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to Canada and the United States.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Canada: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch.
• United States: approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier, weather, customs, or peak-season delays. A tracking link will be emailed after dispatch.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Email bubbi.css@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Wait for authorization and the return address before shipping the item.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use a trackable service.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the color or style you prefer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include your order number and photos. We will arrange an authorized replacement or a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate.
