Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at bubbi.css@gmail.com or through our contact form on the website. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address. Please do not send back items without prior authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photos of the defect. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
